While I didn't like them all as much as AGG, they satisfied my craving but all have shut down. П˜Can someone recommend me a game to play that's similar to Ayakashi Ghost Guild? I appreciate games that are in portrait mode, have interesting lore behind their characters or nice character designs, and the gameplay isn't too time consuming, or if the gameplay is grindy, can be auto. I feel sorry for you. Because the closest to AGG is Otogi Spirit Agent. They even copy the concept.

Because gacha games has become a certain games that need much time to play. The reason is because its free to play, so easy to change games.
Developer and publisher need to win the market so they made gameplay which you have to use more time to their game, not other game. So the new one becomes grindy, your place to look is in older games. Oh I actually tried that before! I forgot to put it in my list. I assumed it also closed down. But you are right, the story is very cringe and I remember there was one time witch lady or something talking a whole novel and my brain hurt just reading it.
I did enjoy it, but the gacha pulls are either 'really pretty' or 'fugly'. Also the people I want in gacha, while they are available through the love letter system, the whole system was a pain in the ass trying to grind it. Thanks for the rec though. I have to say, I did like their sharing battle and monster system.
